These are premium leg hams… shaved real thin and packed in separate stay-fresh pouches.
We also sneaked a bit of real NZ manuka honey in the cure too. Bee-licious! (Is that a word?)
Sadly, most ham sold in NZ is produced from imported pork which is intensively farmed (with crates and pens) and sometimes imported from countries that use growth hormones. We know you don’t like this… just like we don’t.
