- Made from our SPCA certified NZ naturally farmed pork (so we can guarantee it hasn't been raised with growth hormones...or kept in cages, crates or those concrete pens)
- This bacon is what people go dribbly over...some people only ever eat streaky bacon... why? well it's the taste of the meat combined with the bacon fat...streaky is made from the belly and is usually about 50/50 meat and fat. The fat carries all the flavour in the meat hence the big buzz from this bacon... Remember it's a treat.
- It's trimmed of the rind...cause people like to use it to wrap around other things like steak or prunes even and the rind would be a chewy pest.
- Smoked with real wood smoke (not chemical smoke flavour)
- Sold sliced in 250 gram packs ready for your pan.
