This means piggies that have been naturally farmed here in NZ without crates ,cages,concrete pens and growth hormones.
Then for us it's about letting the taste of our special pork shine through.
We're proud of it and want you to enjoy the taste of it.
It's about... keeping the curing simple and always using a traditional natural wood smoke ( not chemical flavouring)...
And finally making sure it's not pumped up with heaps of water.
Sure we could make it cheaper if we did... but we don't think ham should "bounce" if you drop it.
