Animal welfare concerns I don't support farming piggies in crates, cages and those concrete pens.
Health concerns I am concerned about growth hormones, antibiotics and tricky chemicals in my meat.
Quality and Taste Naturally farmed foods taste better and are better quality I am prepared to pay more for quality.
Water I don't want all that water pumped into my bacon and ham, even if it does make it cheaper.
Farmed in New Zealand Its farmed here in New Zealand.
Preservatives I prefer to buy bacon preserved without Sodium Nitrite.
Traceability I believe in paddock to plate traceability. I want to know where and how my meat was raised.
